WELLthy Pressure Blend

This unique blend of organic herbs was created to provide blood pressure support. According to research, hawthorne leaf and olive leaf (two main ingredients) are powerful herbs used to support a healthy cardiovascular system. Hawthorne is said to have diuretic properties and is known as a “superior heart herb”. Herbals are secondary to us changing our eating habits.

Suggestions:

1. Intermittent fasting (eat only between 10:00a.m.-7:00p.m.).
2. Eat a cup of blueberries daily and add flax seeds to your salads or smoothies daily.
3. Drink plenty of water daily (coconut water  has minerals that support a healthy heart).
4. Exercise regularly (walking 30 minutes daily).
5. Avoid cooking with meat tenderizers due to extremely high sodium content.
6. Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and smoking.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Tea infusion directions: Bring 1 cup (8oz) of water to a boil. Remove water from heat. Steep herbs for 10-15 minutes. DO NOT STEEP FOR LONGER THAN 15 MINUTES! Steeping herbs for the maximum amount of time (15 minutes) will make it more medicinal, which increases the strength of the tea.
   
2. Drink 2-3 cups/day (4 hrs before or after taking prescription meds).
   
3. If you are taking prescription blood pressure pills, be sure to speak with your medical practitioner for possible interactions. 
4. Pray over your tea before consumption. Have faith that it will do exactly what it was designed to do.
   

One jar yields approximately 48 cups of tea.

After consistent use for at least 1-3 months, you may begin to see and feel results (this timeframe varies). You should achieve continued results the longer you are on the product.
