Shipping/Return Policy


Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once processed, orders will be shipped via UPS/USPS Priority Mail (if over 1lb) and First Class (if less than 1lb). Due to COVID-19, there may be some delays with shipping. All orders that require refrigeration will be shipped out via USPS Priority Mail or UPS on Monday and Tuesday ONLY to ensure your package arrives in optimal condition. It is our commitment to get your product(s) to you as soon as possible.

Return Policy

It is our desire that our customers are 100% satisfied with our products. Due to the nature of our products, we will not issue refunds or accept exchanges once your item(s) have been shipped. Please double check your items to ensure you are ordering correctly. If you notify us within 24 hrs that you no longer want the item or ordered incorrectly, we will gladly issue you a refund. No changes can be made once your item has been shipped. We cannot assume responsibility for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
