Mullein leaf is known for providing pulmonary and respiratory support. According to research, it provides relief for common respiratory related infections/illnesses (i.e. asthma, bronchitis, unproductive cough, congestion, mild sore throat, etc). 

**Mullein leaf is not recommended for use by overweight people due to its effect on the thyroid.
