WELLthy Blood & Lymph Cleanse (Plus Iron)

This unique blend consists of leaves, roots, and berries known to cleanse the blood and lymphatic system, as well as having high iron content.

Ingredients:

• Dandelion root
• Sarsaparilla  root
• Burdock root
• Elderberries
• Yellow dock
• Nettle root

Cravings and addictions may be addressed when coupled with high fruit and vegetable intake.

Instructions:

1. Bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
2. Add 1 tsp of herbs to the water and let boil for 10 minutes (covered w/lid).
3. Remove from heat and let steep for 10 minutes.
4. Strain herbs.
5. Pray over your herbs that they do exactly what they were intended to do!

• Take blend up to 30 days. 
• Drink 2 cups daily. 
• This blend has herbs that have diuretic properties!! Drinking too much could potentially cause hyponatremia (excessive sodium loss).

Drink coconut water to help keep electrolytes balanced.
